Kappa Binding Protein High Flow Beads

Human Kappa Chain Binding Protein, or KBP, is a recombinant protein that binds to the constant domain of the kappa light chain. It is capable of binding to any target molecules that contains the constant region of the light chain, inclusing Fab, IgG, IgA and IgM. KBP offers a new choice for purification of human antibodies and antibody fragments containing the constant domain of the Kappa light chain. This product is offered in the form of coupled beads in a slurry.
